"People are like stained glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in,
their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within" Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.

“We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God

"We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong.
The amount of work is the same." - Carlos Castaneda

“Be brave enough to live creatively. The creative is the place where no one else has ever been….You can’t get
there by bus, only by hard work, risking, and by not quite knowing what you’re doing. What you’ll
discover will be wonderful: yourself.”
 - Alan Alda

"Beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there." Rumi

The Weight of Moonlight
Hands and knees upon the Earth,
I strain to still my mind
long enough to hear
the flowers'

Long enough
to calm this tin-man intellect
who will never know
the voice of Angels.

the weight of words upon my tongue.

Is it possible to measure
the weight of moonlight
upon the snow?

- David Pierce

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on
the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence settle
into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

- Saint Theresa' s Prayer
